Sergio Davì is an experienced rubber boatman, already famous for his incredible exploits, starting from Palermo he decided to cross the Atlantic Ocean to arrive in Los Angeles, California! 2 oceans, 3 continents and more than 100 days of travel by dinghy, a unique project that we will follow as Sponsor!
Ocean to Ocean RIB Adventure is the name that Sergio Davì and his team have chosen to give to the next adventure in an inflatable boat. The destination? California.
An unprecedented new challenge, presented to the press as early as October 2020 and scheduled for the winter of 2021/2022.
The route involves crossing the Atlantic Ocean, with scheduled stops in Venezuela and Colombia, then sailing along the Panama Canal and moving into the Pacific Ocean. Here there is a special “stretch” to the Galapagos archipelago before heading back to Mexico and landing in Los Angeles.
More than 10,000 nautical miles solo, aboard the approximately 10-metre dinghy Nuova Jolly. The estimated journey time is 100 days, 25 of which were spent sailing alone.
